new speakers+crossovers :) need to get an amp for them tho which means another head unit that has 2rca outputs..... may hav to wait till after july, got my tax, service + mot so jus in case anything need doing ill save my money for now, which is quite annoying coz i wanna get them in now haha http:/...

Yeah its pretty straight forward but the only thing is that you have to snip the cable for the speakers as they have VW Connector, and a little bit of electrics/soldering would be very useful, I would be happy to help though. Focal are extremely good mate!! also, may sound a bit of a stupid questio...

Sweet yea one of my mates is an electrician and sound engineer so will probs get him to give me a hand to be on the safe side haha, but yea seems pretty simple really :)

was it pretty easy fitting the front speakers? coz im thinking of gettin some replacesments for mine+crossovers and all that, seems pretty straight forward but thought id check in case i get in too deep or summin haha

Just a quick one for you all. The lower plastic trim where the cd changer sits, has a cut out for the cd changer. i have a GTI spoiler on my standard 6n2 and it was fine fitting it, dunno about taking it off tho coz i got it from some one breaking a GTI so they did it for me. all i had to do was take out the third brake light, clip the spoiler into place, drill from under the the tailgate (there are 2holes if u...
