Re: 10k mile oil service question
Ask your dealer I guess, maybe they should have reset this at delivery, I'm not sure.

Re: My 1.2 TSi 6C
There seems no way of navigating folders with the steering wheel controls, they only move back/forward tracks - if you select 'Music' on the speedo screen then the up/down buttons just act the same as the back/forward buttons which is a bit silly. Hopefully VW can sort that bit out, as it would be a...

Re: My 1.2 TSi 6C
Have you sussed out how to control the media playback fully with the steering controls? The manual isn't the best, I expected to be able to change folders etc. but so far I can't quite work out how to do it without using the touchscreen! no man ive not sussed that out either, do you think its possi...

Who knows on the headlights, the dealer iPad configurator app shows the same lights as me too, I think it is supposed to have different ones, same as the front bumper.

Re: Chrome Exhaust tips for blue GT
Are they the same look once fitted? With postage, they're not overly much cheaper than 'official' parts.
My old Astra forum had members getting trade club prices from dealers, are there any similar discounts through uk-polos?

Re: 2014 spec. BlueGT finally here :)
Being very nice to the car yesterday saw me hit 55mpg on the work run, though I was perhaps lucky to sit behind loads of 50mph cars! I reckon it may well hover closer to 50 in the long run.

Re: 2014 spec. BlueGT finally here :)
It is the right front bumper, the BlueGT has a different one to the 'lower' models so to speak. Mine matches the online configurator ![Smile :)](./images/smilies/icon_smile.gif)

Re: 2014 spec. BlueGT finally here :)
I'll ask VW and get it from the horses mouth
I'd prefer the new ones, would they replace mine at the dealer if they are the wrong ones?

Re: My 1.2 TSi 6C
Here's one then - I think we have the same head unit, is yours the touch screen one? Mine forgets the last track played via the USB (not tried SD card yet) between runs, so it always starts from the first track on the media. Also, if I turn on the 'turn off screen after 10 seconds' feature, it also ...

You're right about the headlights now you mention it, they don't look like the ones on the online configurator for the BlueGT either. Can't say I'm fussed, more curious ![Smile :)](./images/smilies/icon_smile.gif)

Re: 2014 spec. BlueGT finally here :)
A few more photos from today, MPG was over 50 after the journey to work and back - I have no idea where it will end up, but so far a full tank of petrol looks to see in excess of 400 miles for my work-and-back run. It also made me have a proper out loud laugh after overtaking a few cars this morning...

Re: Running on empty
The Polo 2014 manual still states not to run on empty as it can damage the CAT...I think it's something to do with poor fuelling when it's low that can cause a misfire which can damage the CAT.

Re: 2014 spec. BlueGT finally here :)
It hit 50mpg as I got to work this morning and that was still rising, as was the range on the tank ![Smile :)](./images/smilies/icon_smile.gif)
And darn it goes, cannot argue with the power![Smile :)](./images/smilies/icon_smile.gif)
