I know who has hit it the car now the gent that lives in the house it was parked outside. He has damage on his from offside wheel arch and bumper! He also had a go at me the other day for parking outside his house the following day the damage was caused!

Quote obtained for £600 including VAT from a authorised VW repairer.
Do I claim and pay £250 excess or pay the £600? Is a claim really going to impact my premium by an extra £350 over the following years?

Awaiting one final quote for the repair if not reasonable I will inform my insurance and claim. Just want it sorted ASAP now.

I bang on about this method all the time but it works. Place masking/electrical tape under the headlight. To protect the bumper as the light comes out.
