Rear Discs??

What is the actually size of the disc's on these things?

So far i've found these listed for the gti on different websites 226mm x 10mm & 232mm x 9mm.

cheers

Fit an open cone with a heat shield at the front of the engine bay(requires cutting stuff but it's the best way). The bmc's are restrictive and the car is far more responsive and pulls harder due to the shorter and more open route. Mouse i doubt very much that you noticed a decayed in power due to t...

Seat Sport Suspension

If you are planning to modify then i'd go for a standard Cupra because all the benefits of buying the 'R' except the brakes you will want to uprate anyway.

cheers

LSD or similar required

We've got a very sick GTI here in need of new diff, so to prevent more problems in the future an uprated one is the answer.

I know Quaife don't do one for the GTI but is there anything else.

Peliquin maybe?

Thanks

[The tyres are not part of the transmission..... I know the wheels aren't part of the transmission but they do effect RR readings at the wheels!! Flat tyre's create more drag, yes!! Hard tyres = less drag. Ok I give up, your a jack ass, with no imagination. Out of interest where are you from?

What is cams gonna do exactly? You still have to do other mods. Replacing the cams without better airflow and mo...

I was making reference to your comment about me thinking everything is a 1.8t and that the GTI engine isn't a high revving, i was pointing out the fact that the 1.8t (in my case AYP)is also a fairly low revving engine like the Gti. Sorry i should have made that clearer for you. Facts straight about ...

A standard ibiza engine (AYP) dies at 4.5rpm my silly forum friend. It's is only when you mutate the poor little thing it it pulls all the way(IHI turbo or the like). As for fitting a tubro to a Gti being the easiest and mildest i very much doubt that, we have looked into all the options and out of ...
