Mk2 breadvan G40 turbo, the beige beast

CEK gearbox
My L reg G40 had a CEK (not CEH) gearbox in it, apparently this is a late spec G40 (ATV) gearbox.
Does anyone know the differences between the two??

I'm making cheap brake upgrades for G40's
My housemate is a metal fabricator and i've been working closely with him to make brackets to allow the use of your standard G40 calipers (or Mk2 golf 16v calipers) but in conjunction with bigger discs The reason i'm doing this is because you might be experiencing problems in tracking down audi coup...

what would be a realistic turbo to put on this manifold if it was fitted to a 1.0litre?,and is there plenty of space between turbo and radiator, enought space in front of it to fit an intercooler? As andy said a T2 would be good for a 1 litre if you were going to turbo it. There would be plenty of s...

Tyre choice
I've run dunlop sp9000's for a while now and find them ok but i'm in need of some new front tyres......
Do i
A) go for the Dunlops again or
B) Try Continental SportContacts???
both in 195/45/13's
Any advice would be handy
(tyres will be struggling with 200bhp+)
