Can someone please tell me exactly what the three adjusters do?

My GT gets some new blood today. Castrol FST 0w-30.
Car has coverd 4900km/3000miles.

Previous oil tests shows a LOT of metal in the first oil change.

Castrol 0w30, all the Way. Unless you plan on the 20k service interval.

Should Be 4 liters.

Personally i go for Castrol 0w-30, but i plan on changing every 15.000km.

I had the same issue with the seals making annoying sounds.

I used this. Cheap, and solves the problem right away.
One coating lasted 4 years
