I was wondering that if anyone has a pinout/pin diagram or wiring diagram or whatever you call it for the any composition radio or discovers. I would be very useful if anyone shares that.

Okay I've solved the problem. For the people who suffers from the same problem, you just need to code your infotainment system via vcds just like @alexperkins says. My vag expert said that the radio was never coded in the first place. He found the code on the internet(I don't know where he found it)...
