Re: MSFW for skoda rapid india(PQ)
I am not an expert on the subject but I don't believe that those buttons are going to work for you. Steering wheel will fit physically, but the button wont work cause they are from Suberb III (3V0). When it comes to PQ25 and MFSW I would recommend you sticking with buttons ppl have tried before. I h...

Re: Exantas Skoda Fabia 5J 1.2 TSI
Since I was stuck with fusebox, I started putting back the interior. I replaced the indicator stalk with a brand new unit that has the lever with the CC buttons, but not the trip computer ones. IMG_20210711_230125.jpg I got a used slipring with the steering angle sensor from Vasileios Fabia VRs IMG_...

Re: Engine oil temperature indication in MFD
For what it worths, my long coding on the engine has not changed since I have bought the car till today. I don't know about adaptation channels that dealer might have changed. Me I have not touched them at all. All info I can find on Internet about this option disappear is about the dealer charging ...

Re: Engine oil temperature indication in MFD
Yes the service was done on Skoda dealer, but I never made any special settings to get this info in my IC. I used the adaptation settings that came with the IC , I never changed them and I don't have a backup of the adaptation before the service. So that's why I open this thread, in case someone els...

Engine oil temperature indication in MFD
My car has a Maxi Dot IC (retrofitted) and CBZB engine. My IC used to have the option under the MFD settings to show the engine oil Picture from internet for reference https://www.briskoda.net/forums/uploads/monthly_2017_01/maxresdefault.jpg.54dbc8ca2d75c4a743d2d071518b2119.jpg After recent oil chan...

Re: Exantas Skoda Fabia 5J 1.2 TSI
Today I gutted my car for good. Screenshot 2021-10-27 002433.jpg IC out, airbag, steering wheel, slip ring and stalks out also. I made myself the cables for Mfsw and G85 retrofit. Screenshot 2021-10-27 001949.jpg IMG_20210711_110504.jpg I have also acquired CC retrofit wire harness, original Skoda s...

Re: Exantas Skoda Fabia 5J 1.2 TSI
Update I got my hands on a VCDS cable and I updated the gateway list. I removed all the modules that my car didn't have (especially the module for the automatic gearbox) and all fault codes went away and the gear shift indication appeared back on the IC. In general you can change the gateway list op...

Re: Exantas Skoda Fabia 5J 1.2 TSI
Next it is time for BSM upgrade My car came with 6R7937086B, but I always wanted to retrofit CC . So last summer I bought from forum user Vasileios his old BCM 6R7937087H from an automatic gearbox Fabia vRS. Old BCM https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/pw/AM-JKLXPuP0gEnZrcx3m9BU-VzzL-QjkpNEOveACcg5wfDp...

Re: Exantas Skoda Fabia 5J 1.2 TSI
This week I started few (or many) long planned changes in my Fabia. I am starting from the easy one. The trunk light for estate variant of the car is the same size and connector type as the footwell lights in VW Passat and Golf, Skoda Superb. So I went to Ali express and baught a pair of lights that...

Re: ciclo. Wife's Golf MK7.5 Ready2Go 1.0 TSI 6MT 200Nm/l 115HP
Sorry for the off topic question, but someone maybe has come across the info regarding the MQB cars. Can remote start be coded on European cars? Like ppl have in USA, keep the unlock button for a few seconds and the car starts? I am not talking about webasto solution. Starting the car engine to warm...

Do you have future plans to install DCC suspension?

They are quite pricy and personally I haven't driven a car with them long enough to notice the difference.

If you can get your hands on the vin number of a car that comes with the specific headlights, you can get the full configuration option for free online. But probably you know this already.
