VW POLO 9N3 Lower Arm Bushes
Just had MOT and lower arm rear bushes need replacing. Garage wants to replace the lower arms and the wishbone suspension brackets(think thats what they are called) which contain the bushes. My question is does all this need replacing or can be just replace the bushes?
Thanks All

Polo radio wiring
Hi, I am wiring in an 2din sony stereo to replace the rcd200 unit. Looking at the polo harness connector pin 13 has a black brown or possibly black red wire, does anyone know what this wire is for. I suspect it may be an ignition 12v from fuse 10, could I use it for the switch live for the new radio...

Hi All, This may well be a stupid question. My son is looking to buy a kenwood stereo for his car and has found one on amazon. It says that it is coming from Amazon Eu and Eu products may vary from UK products. As he is spending 130 quid on the item I just wanted to check if there is any issues buyi...

Re: Starting Problem
Yes I can monitor battery volts when turning over, I will do that later. Also forgot It to mention tried to jump start it which failed, then tried to push start it and it also wouldn't turn over.

Starting Problem
Hi All, My sons 2008 1.2 polo 3 cylinder failed to start yesterday evening. When turning the ignition over you can hear the solenoid click in but then nothing the starter was replaced about 6 months ago. I think this new starter could now be faulty but I was also thinking there may be a bad earth po...

Headlight Range
Hi All, Hoping someone can help. If the headlight range switch on my sons polo 9n 2007 1.2 is adjusted nothing seems to be happening with the headlights themselves. I also noticed today that you can hear what I think is the motors going on both lights continually when the lights are on. Does anybody...

Re: Engine light lambda sensors
Error codes off scanner are p0031 and p0037. Seems to signify low voltage on sensors. So same error codes coming up for old and new replacement sensors. So I am thinking there is a fault on either the ground or 12V to sensors, possibly blown fuse on 12V feed. Anyone know which fuse? Or any other tho...

Re: Engine light lambda sensors
Changed battery as it kept going flat. Local garage reset codes and just said it was for front and rear sensors but did not tell me codes. Have kept old sensors as well and soaked in petrol overnight in case have to put back in.

Engine light lambda sensors
After replacing battery engine light came on, error codes for both lambda sensors. Replaced the sensors for new ones from eurocarparts, got the error codes reset at local garage however the light has come back on. Anyone got any ideas on this one.
