Re: Brake Fluid Reservoir Cap
Cheers for the response folks! I think the best solution might be to get the one without the sensor and then wait for someone to be breaking a polo down to get the sensor’d cap

Brake Fluid Reservoir Cap
Hi all, My brake fluid reservoir cap has split and I’m struggling to find a replacement. I got in contact with the heritage parts centre but the OEM number he gave me didn’t have a connector on it so I aren’t sure it’s right. Can someone possibly point me in the right direction of where to find one?...

Brake Calipers
Anyone know where I can purchase VW2 brake callipers? I bought the G40 discs and pads and obviously realised they’re too wide for the standard ones.
Also, will I need to upgrade the carriers at the same time?
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Dash Speakers
Anyone got any suggestions of decent dash speakers that'll slot straight in and are relatively cheap? I can tolerate the originals no longer.
Cheers in advance,
Ben

G40 Stripe
Morning all,
Sorry to be a pain, just looking for a bit of advice.
I'm looking to put a G40 style stripe in the groove in the bumper but want to match the car body colour, anyone know what paint will be best to adhere to the plastic bumpers?
Cheers,
Ben

Re: Headlight upgrade
Ah, you have a relay loom for brighter lights Basically, you need to connect the red to the + on the battery, brown to the chassis or - on the battery The existing headlamp plug goes into the male plug, then the female plug goes onto the back of your bulbs Can you post a pic up of the full new head...

I have the male connector, one of the h4 connectors, the live feed and the relays all bunched up in the one I’ve bought, just doesn’t seem long enough to mealexperkins wrote: ↑Wed Oct 06, 2021 11:46 am Have you got a pic? All the looms run back to the fuse box on these

Re: Headlight upgrade
Hi all,
Just about to put a plug in a new headlight loom in a MK3/MK2F, it's got a male connection to plug into the old loom. Can anyone help with where this is located?
Cheers,
Ben
