I also tried putting a fuse in the slot to no avail*

Thanks for the replies everyone. The boot does not unlock when unlocking the doors and when I went to check the fuse there wasn’t one in the correct slot. Have I been a numpty and not realised I bought a car without it haha?

Central locking not working on any doors
I have a 3 door 2002 polo and when I unlock any of the two front doors it only unlocks that specific door via the key. All doors operate with the key but the central locking isn’t unlocking the other door when I operate it. The car is a standard key only and doesn’t use a FOB. Is anyone able to poin...
