How to remove electric window motor etc?

Alright guys,
Does anyone know how to remove the electric window motor, Ive stipped the door down, but cant get the damn thing out. My window will not go down so Im finding it really hard to get it out. Does anyone know how get it out?

Any help will be appreciated

I Think its the 2 yellow ones together on the bottom row, it should say number 38 and 39 underneath them.
Was there no white card telling you whats what?
Either way jus try it, it can't do no harm.
You might aswell check that the fuses are not blown while u take them out and put them back in.

Right Ive managed to fix it guys. I read up on post where someone was having a similar problem. I think the motors tend to get ceased very easily, either that or they are just crap. Nope I replaced them myself, the buttons are not the problem though as you can here the motor or whatever it is clicking when u press the button

theres the main fuse box, just below the headlight switches, you have to pull on the little dip on the plastic. It will be like pulling it towards you.
