u dnt need a plastic welder use sum JAM basicly liquid fiberglass get taht to a reasonable level then mix ur filler with the fiberglass no get the level and a final coat of just smothing filler will do it perfect and very unlikly it will crack unless u give it sum bosh makes sure u scuff the area up...

dnt go to dealers its pointless tbh im in the trade myself best place is to find a place to mix it for u but becauful as it might be WB so try to get solvent or u will have a lot more trouble doign the job if you want a good job if u do teh prep work on it then and got tsutn be alot 40 quid sumat li...
