Best bet is to take them to small claims if you really belive that you have a case. The fee is about £40 and they would prob just replace it anyway becasue they would not want the hassle of going court etc due to their cost of getting thier time off etc.

Depends how despirate you are, if you are trading in yours or selling it, you may want to look at how much yours will depreciate (sp) in the time you are waiting for leather. Hope this helps. Apparently it is not lega; to have have the crank case vent to the air. It should be recycled.
