Sounds like your key barrell is misaligned, or your ignition switch isnt fitted properly

Welcome. For the starter, I'd look to replace the starter in its entirety. you must make sure you change the bush on the gearbox housing too (they always include one with the new starter) as these wear down and youll quickly chew up a new starter motor otherwise Ignition switch is known to fail on t...

As above you need to piggy back from the heated rear window switch. There isn’t one in the radio loom

Thats the crankcase breather. The bit in the hose with the plug is the heater for the crankcase breather
