Re: Modifying your instrument cluster (the Blue Peter way)
Going to take the green stip off and get blue tomorrow
But i braught sum leds from ebay a few months back, but dont know how 2 change them and if they really work??
I thought maybe Shmosh could help me and give me advice??
Or anyone because dont really want to buy new dials just to try fitting them and ruining them
Thanks
Mike

hey, just done this, work a treat :D
only thing is my fuel guage seems to have a mind of its own, its some time half full, some times empty and even goes off the bottom of the scale, before i started my needle was just over half, but now its all over the shop, and when the igniton is off it drops off the scale and the needle lays on the black facia panel, :S
any idea lads? manys thanks danny

You can change the l.e.d's in the screens and the clocks to any colour you want just involes getting to them and de-soldering and re-soldering the new coloured ones in i did it to my mk4 golf so that it was all white and red instead of blue and red
