in mk4 polos (& i'd have thought it was the same in mk5) there is an ID plate in the boot next to the spare wheel under the mat thing.

This has all sorts of codes on it including the paint code of ur car. Have a look in your handbook as this explains how to find which part is the paint code. Other stuff like engine code etc... are on it as well.

My boot sticker is gone and the service book doesnt have it either, can anyone help?i can send a photo if you like.
