1.4 16v polo - 1.6 16v lupo gti

So ive got the complete engine, loom and ecu. Planning on using the gearbox and clutch off my 1.4. As
Was hoping i could use the cat off my 1.4 but realised the gti down pipe contains the lamba sensor.
I work as a mechanic but mainly porsches and done alot on fords if anyone can give some advise muchly appreciated

You'll need the right cat setup for the GTI engine. The bore is larger and the sensor setup is different

Pretty sure the clutch plate is larger too

Clutch on my 16v in 200mm same as the gti lump did mine 2 month ago. The loom was my major concern going to weld my cat onto the gti down pipe temporary repair till I decat the car. The mechanical aspects straight forward enough. Need vag com to code the throttle body when ive built it. If i need to swap the complete loom i will just didnt want to get it built and it not run
