COILOVERS DOWN BOUT 70-80 on 17s?

Has anyone got any pics of the above on a MK6 polo as i dont no how low to go? and dont no what coilovers to get, AP or FK as there both cheapish?

I'd go with APs over FK. Although FK go lower on the rear.
