Dodgy rear caliper on 6n Gti

I have just bought 6n Gti, driving it home last night and the off side caliper locks up .. looks like it has siezed up.

I have some mk4 one laying about so does know which braided houses are required to fit them?

And where you can purchase them ..

I'm a bit new to the polo game ..
