clutch help needed

Post by MTB »

Hi all, i think my clutch is slipping so im going to have to replace it asap, im going to supply the clutch myself and get a local garage to fit it, ive looked aroung at prices for a good quality clutch and they are coming out at around £100. I was on a well know car parts website and spotted a good quality torque stage one fast road clutch at £120, its way better quality than the bog standard clutch, im not to sure whats the best thing to do so any help is much appreciated, im obviously after quality and not horsepower as my car has a small engine. Will fitting the fast road clutch respond the same way as a normal clutch, i dont want to fit it if its going to cause any problems with my car, thx all.

As above- no need for an uprated one... Get a standard spec from a respected brand.(sachs or similar)
