Vinyl is the first option.
The second is to actually get it sprayed at a bodyshop, the problem is this is permanent.

With the vinyl, do you have to cut it to size yourself or can you get ready made ones for the polo

Just ask your local sign-writers, probably supply & fit the vinyl for you & not cost a lot! 8)

normal car paint from halfords. at least using black u dont have to worrk abotu matching it unless u do mirrors to. i used MATT black when i did my mirrors and pillars.

if u do spray it make sure u cover up the rest of the car properly.

need to sand the area first then prime then colour then lacquer..... make sure u dont touch the lacquer when its wet or u will be annoyed with yourself.....

been there done that with lacquer  :x
another thing with lacquer is to let it harden before you handle or fit whatever your spraying or you'll leave dents and marks on it.trust me,i know
