depending on how much there is u tried a plastic scraper like a body filler applicator or a credit debit card? i got some plastic body filler things that ive used to scrape paint of befor on my car. it was spray paint so dont know how much different it'll be.

all i did was rested the edg at about a 20 degree angle and go over the paint then slowly raise the applicator till it reaches and scrapes the paint away just dont be to heavy handed and rushing it to much. then u can wipe the paint of with a tissue or something.

thats wat i did when i scraped paint of.... might help u.

halfrauds do a Meguires Kit, clay bar and lube, just follow the instructions. You might also try signing up to detailing world, there will be someone in ur area that will have a polishing kit
