9n Angel eyes, LED halo

Yeah, apologies as I'm sure this question has been asked a thousand times, but I can't find a definitive answer anywhere...

I've recently bought some FK/Depo angel eyes (for a 9n polo) from venom, and I'm wanting to put LEDs in the halo rings, but for the life of me I can't work out how to do it. There doesn't seem to be any access to them from the back. I've read that some people put them in the oven, to then remove the lenses...but mine are plastic lenses -oven and plastic, is that wise?

If anyone can tell me exactly how to go about doing this it would be massively appreciated.
