9n3 polo gti passenger window

Hey guys, I have recently bought a polo gti 9n3 2007 and It had a problem with the passenger window wont go do
Or up either on drivers or passengers side switch , ive checked the fuses and had a new switch fitted and its neither of them.

Was hoping someone could help me out on what the cause is ? Thanks lewis.
