Obd2 bluetooth vs usb?

I assume its the same if i get an obd2 bluetooth or usb!?!

Bt uses serial emulated to windows right? Even pc software will cooperate? Both reading and writing data.

Im asking because ive only seen andoid videos online.

USB is more reliable especially for certain tasks where a constant connection is needed
