Currently I have some small issues that I'm looking into:

- Highbeam stalk is not working. It's working if I pull the stalk agains me. Then the high beam is on. If I push away (and it automatically goes back into normal position) from me nothing happens. I've replaced the original with "7E0 953 507 B 9B9". I've can't find any measuring blocks where I can see if it works or not. Any ideas? Do you know what wires that it's using?

- Keys... I've adapted both keys and in the measuring blocks I can see that all 6 buttons (2 x 3 buttons) are working/registered, however I can only unlock the car and use the "trunk"-button in the middle. The "lock"-button is not working.

Any ideas on the 2 above issues? And the one below... :-)

The wire from pin 6 (camera) / diode - should it be connected to this 'pin' on the interior light ?

Image
First the wire from pin 6 -diode- to interior light:

Yes, but the diode must be connected in the other direction to that shown in your image. In the other leg (red paper).

Contact-terminal I have used. (it is in my topic :| )

New stalks:
Do you have rewired all wires from the T41 stalks connector (38,39,40,41) to the BCM and fusebox as in the diagram? https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B2nv91 ... luc3M/view
Do you have coded the 54 BCM adaptation channel?
Some BCM coding: Byte20 60 HEX (without external gateway), Byte28 08Hex.

Keys (remotes):

Is your 7E0 BCM new?
Do you have removed forever your external Gateway as indicated in other occasions?

Please diskoboy, open a new topic to share your issues, and post there all info from your car to be helped in the best way possible. Link me to your new topic.
You already have experience in these matters... (ross-tech forum, etc), I might think you're kidding me or at least you try.

Many thanks, sincerely.

Soon I will post more information on CNK' topic that might interest you.

About the keys... and I'm not kidding (or trying to trick you [emoji12])

Pressing unlock button - it opens all doors

Pressing lock button - nothing happens

Unlocking using the lock cylinder (driver door) - all doors are unlocked

Locking using the lock cylinder (driver door) - only drivers door is locked.

Original gateway has been removed and thrown away as garbage. All can-bus wires has been extended and I can see all modules etc (including door modules).

Perfect! :D

However, it is explained here and here you had the link, it is the first thing that you had to have done.

Maybe now you understand my questions and my replies to your questions.

The wait and travel are usually very important parts of the processes, they are the main reason so the best things in this life take their time to be a reality ... Relax and enjoy each of these moments. :)
Your 6R will be in a new dimension  when everything is installed, you can be sure of this. The fact that you do the whole installation will magnify this new dimension.

Hmm ... tell your German friend to be quick to send you all things...

You have two options:

1- VCDS---> Gateway--> Installation List ---> Unmark 61 (Save/Do it)

2- Install the battery monitoring unit. Click here (Thanks to ZZZhuk )
The only function that it would have in your car (which is not bluemotion) would be to have knowledge of battery parameters through the VCDS.
Also, if you want... read here more information about it (very interesting) in firegrafik logbook.

Btw, I am glad to see a BCM Max installed in your car without my help. Good job.

I have absolutely the same issue. This is because the BCM was used, not new.
You should mark 61 control unit in the 19 Gateway's installation list. After than you should open 61 Battery Regulator and set the all bytes(at least 0 Byte) of the coding 00, after that exit from the 61 Battery Regulator, again to the 19 Gateway's installation list, unmark 61 Battery Regulator. Profit.

Perhaps just have to clear (61) in the installation list of his 7H0 BCM. I have done it several times in 7H0 and it worked.
However, the information you provide is excellent 8) in case of having the same issues.

Let's wait for his results. (otherwise I will never help him again... just kidding)

May i know in details whats the function provided by the Battery Regulator? I thot it is critical where the module can monitor your low battery level and shut down unnecessary equipment for one last engine start? I ve thought once to install the module, but I'm not sure whether the function that i want like above is there or not.
