ciclo, do you fancy a challenge?

i'm in the process of the kessy retrofit. so far the modules communicate with the rest of the car but keyless entry and start don't work.
i've had the modules adapted by an expert, but i'm also not sure about the VCDS coding and keyless entry.
the immobiliser part, that cannot be done with VCDS, but the coding of the BCM... could you help to check if it's ok?

i've based it on the wiring diagrams on the VW Jetta AW0 and VW Beetle. that all seems to be ok.

05 module coding 000F0F = kessy
05 module coding 010E0E = keyless entry only

25 module coding 000000 = start via ignition lock
25 module coding 000007 = start via kessy

2B module coding 4900000000000000 = DSG
2B module coding 4100000000000000 = manual trans

I have three new kessy keys that should be adapted to the immo and the 2B module and 25 immobiliser

What does work:
the two old keys for opening the door

What doesn't work:
1) the three new keys for opening the door via touch button
2) the three new keys for opening the door via keyless entry
3) switching on ignition via start button, without pressing clutch
4) switching on the engine via start button, while pressing clutch

For 1), the channel 01 of the BCM for remote adaptation should not be available, but it is available.

So here, I guess there needs be be some coding to the BCM.
Byte 25 bit 7 is 'kessy installed'. I checked this in my BCM coding, but so far no luck.

For 2), I have ordered a VAS 5054A with VAS PC V19

For 3) and 4), I will re-check wiring...

@iichel was it marcin (spacewalker) you have spoken to? I know he retrofitted it into his 2005 touran, he's very knowledgable on IMMO / clusters etc,
What handles did you use for door unlocking?

Yes, spacewalker has been a great expert so far. He is very knowledgeable about immo, kessy and keys. He coded my cluster, kessy module and ELV.

I used the 5N0837205L door handle 4x with the 5N0839167D cover 3x and 1x 5N1837879D cover for lock

I think your in the right hands, between spacewalker and ciclo I'm sure you'll get sorted [emoji6] I wonder if them handles will fit a T5 [emoji23] did you have to drill your dashboard to fit start/stop button?

No I went for the botton on the steering column as on to Tiguan and Scirocco. It's on the place where normally the ignition key goes.

Would this "Wake" line not need to be added for KESSY? Where would/have you connect it to for a PQ25 BCM

Adam87 you can have a look at the jetta (low equipment) or beetle ;) they too have kessy on pq25
