Tailpipe trim (chrome) 6R0253825

And im assuming your on about gloss black vents , radio surround and heater controls trim try these.

Vents - Left 6RF819703C N0R - Right 6RF819704C N0R - Centre 6RF819728B VIV
Radio surround - 6R0858069E N0R
Heater surround - 6R2819039C 1QB

When i search for these part numbers, google throws a paddy and cannot find them.
