Your diagrams gti16. (diesel, B-->VIN, etc...)

It is very easy, you only have to look at the areas where I have painted.

thank you very much ciclo
In short
fuse 11 5a already have.
J519 is the BCM
E45 is the cruise control lever
A130 are the cruise control wires
J623 is the ECU
B149 are the wires that already have the car?

My question is in the red points that show the image.
26 will the ECU or the BCM?
and the 29?

About B149 supply wiring , you have to check it physically.
The final installation would be in this way:

To 26 and 29, an image to clarify: (it is exactly the same as in the previous diagrams)

Both are connected to the same electrical line.

gti16 - did you get a chance to perform the installation? Pl post the result.

I was also planning to install CCS (1.2 TDI 2012) but got confused with so many variables involved and now really want to see someone doing it successfully to gather required courage.

My BCM (J519) is 6R0 937 087 should support CCS. A popular diagnostics forum (not sure if I should quote name here) mentions that for 6R models after installing the cruise stalk one just needs to 1) run wires from stalk to J519 and 2) from stalk to fuse box C.
Can someone pl confirm if this is correct? If ECU is not involved then a lot of effort would be saved.

Dealership could not furnish above information as most of the cars (99.99 %) in India are w/o cruise hence I subscribed to some Erwin site ( 1 hr 5 euros) to download wiring/connection diagrams but unfortunately the diagrams did not show cruise control wiring for my VIN. I could not find the correct part number of stalk and wiring loom as well.

I am willing to import from EU but not w/o the right number. Can someone advise pl? (I can PM VIN if required)

Thanks

Welcome Strayion,
You have an easy way to check if wire is present on connector T94/64.
- Open hood.
- Remove battery ground cable.
- Release the ECU connector.
- Check for a wire on slot 64.

Image

As you say, in the Elsawin no diagrams for CCS of your Polo 1.2 TDI (india).

Full VIN is not necessary. Tell me the tenth letter of VIN http://www.uk-polos.net/view ... 09#p478942 (check phisically)

For example, you can buy CCS here: http://www.kufatec.de/shop/en/volkswage ... ext_page=2
You must select according to your equipment. (DIS, MFA, Model Year, etc ...)

Post here VCDS scan ECU. CFWA ?

strayion my BCM also has this number and give it to the CCS
Today I started installation but was not completed.
access to BCM terminal is a bit hard but you can do the job.
According to our friend ciclo checked if there was any wire in A44 terminal of BCM, the wire was there.
Then I called the four wires in the plug B of BCM terminal 44, 45, 46, 47.
I connected the wire to the cruise control fuse.
Missed connect the wire to the ECU, terminal 64 and put the lever in place.
not put the lever in place because I could not get the wheel :( and then was late to stop, I'll try another day rest of the installation.

Most likely that the wire is not present.

Thank you Ciclo,

I will update pin 64 status and scan by next weekend as travelling right now
Tenth letter is D
yes, engine CFWA
I will check the documents downloaded and see if ECU pin assignment is detailed.

gti16 ..wish you luck

Cheers!

Once known with certainty that your Model Year is "D" 2013 and after studying in deep the retrofitting of cruise control system to your POLO 1.2TDI (CFWA) India, apart from everything explained above for gti16, you need to add two new wires for CAN bus, high and low.

You must hook (splice) two new wires from T41 connector to two wires on instrument cluster as in the following diagram (composition):

Image

If you make as indicated in the diagram, you'll get a nice CCS. 8)

To take advantage of having removed the steering wheel and instrument cluster, I recommend you retrofitting the multifunction display if possible with your instrument cluster. They are only three new wires to add at this perfect moment.

Wow ...appreciate your looking ciclo.

If your Polo has DIS then you need not add any wire for MFD.
It is curious :) that the Elsawin not provide wiring diagrams for DIS in Polo Ind.

Another issue that I think you'll be pleased to know, without having ESP Electronic Stability Program you can buy this model of levers.

Hey Cilco! :)

I bought retrofit Cruise Control System (from Polo Blue-GT) to my 2013 VW Polo GTI Part number is 6R0953521B , my BCM has you remember is 6R0937087K.
I searched a lot for CCS without "Trip" button on the right handle because I have multi-function steer wheel controlled on the DIS/MFD (Multi Function Display) you can see in the pictures..

Also I bought harness: http://www.aliexpress.com/item/VW-new-P ... 63617.html
I don't know why but the seller sent me two harness sets and chinese instructions (he tried to translate me but it's still not very useful :)):
Is robertsm66's diagram that you sketched also suitable to me?
