Dipped beam not working (2012 6r match tdi)

Hi all,
My day time running dipped headlight beam isn't working at all on my 2012 61 plate Polo 6r match TDI.
I have checked the bulbs, which I only replaced a couple of weeks ago and they are fine. Also checked my fuses and all appear to be okay, dipped beam still doesn't work though but all my other lights such as dogs, reverse, indicators, brake lights and rear lights are all working fine. I cannot understand why this would be. Is anybody able to shed any light?
