Interior Condensation
Our 2016 R Line always seems to have condensation (since the cold weather arrived) on and around the front screen. It is used most by my wife so cannot say for certain what the heater and air con use is, but i am certain that the air con is always running. So what do you suggest to keep condensation to a minimum?

Re: Interior Condensation
Thanks for the link. I cannot believe that a car kess than 8 months old can have an issue with condensation. My Golf Edition 30 never did and that was 7 years old when i sold it. Does anyone NOT get condensation ? I think the little silica bags are the solution but really in this day and age ?

My 2016 R-Line is the same.
The front fogs up easily and the side windows too.

Rub shaving foam into all the windows and wipe it off with some cloth. Does a good job of stopping windows fogging up!

A good tip is to fill an old sock with cat litter and put it under each of the front seats.
Another is to switch off the air con a couple of minutes before your journey ends and direct the vents to your feet.
Check that the door seals at the top of the door are not ringing wet.

Re: Interior Condensation
I get none.
Some people on the Polo Facebook group complaining of icing on the inside due to condensation.
Sounds like a right pain!
It makes no difference if I run aircon or not. I do a daily commute of 40 miles each way.

Re: Interior Condensation
My Polo GTI is my 4th VW and I've not experienced interior condensation in any of them. I do run my air con 24/7.
