Hello Spolos,
As you are the first to buy these wirings in this forum I will explain the process in detail:

Process:

1. Right now, I send you a private message with my email.
2. You make a VCDS auto scan (must be current), and other log (.csv file) of adaptation channels as explained in the guide. Also take two pictures of the wires in light switch connector, one pic of the wires Dimmer connector, one pic of relays, and another one of the fuse box. (these pictures are so that I can help you in the best possible way during installation)

For example: (click on images)
Image Image Image Image Image

3. You send me this information to my email.
4. I study in detail the information.
5. I send you my Paypal account.
6. You make payment. The next business day, as soon as possible, I send your order. (you will be permanently informed of the payment and shipping process)

What is it you are buying?
- Wiring for your current lights work properly with BCM Max and all the possibilities that this type of BCM provides.
- Wiring for automatic lights and two relays. (without Light switch)

Price: 70+80+10 (shipping)= 160€ Paypal fees included.

When you install xenon headlights, you need other wires for daytime running lights and front parking lights (led module), cornering lights, and fog lamps, to be installed just like in the diagram of FAQ. I do not have this type of wires, but I think that they are provided with connector adapters T10 to T14.

Ok, when possible for you, no rush.

Your automatic lights wiring is already made because it is common for all 6R (A,B,C).
I need the information required to make the three wirings for BCM Max. Like I said, no rush.

I will wait as long as you need.
kind regards / Fernando

Hi Alexander.
Thank you for the clarification and help. I will update the Model Years for Polo Sedan.

So the (my) Elsawin is wrong ... damn

Image (poor image quality)

... this is the reason why I always tell to people they send me pictures of fuse box and other parts of the car, so no problem.

On the other hand, the first intention of this sale is to Share, but if people want that I make these wirings for them with high quality (forever, like OEM) and give them technical assistance during installation they have here this possibility (limited in time). There are many factors to consider and what for some people is easy to do for others it can be a real hell ...

Anyway, I do not intend to sell these wirings massively, with ten or fifteen sales would be enough so that Everybody learns to do this on their own.

Oh don't worry about that, my elsawin is wrong too. Even for restyle 2016 Polo sedan (614) elsawin shows the same.
I think your offer could be of interest but I doubt for the massive orders. But because of undesirable exchange rate (EURtoRUB) for now it could be a little bit expesive for russian, so the interest will be in doing wiring oneself.
On my Polo I've provided this like OEM (for H7/H7 halogen headlights):

but it required to take the dash panel off

Totally agree with you, my wirings are not a bit expensive, really are very expensive for the Russians. I clarify to avoid weird confusions; according to and due to the currency exchange, this is the only reason and it is not my taste.

For Europeans it is remarkably cheap to get an excellent result in their Polo 6R.

I would like to sell them cheaper, but the price of all wiring parts here in Europe before manufacture makes impossible to lower the price further. In fact, they are and will be the cheaper than are sold and will sell throughout Europe with the same quality and support.

I'm sure many people will be able to manufacture the wirings themselves.

You did a great job.
With my way (wirings) it is not necessary to remove the dash. No problem, the important thing is to get the desired result.

I think I could provide the same without dash removing, it would be uncomfortable, but real to do. I removed dash to prepare wiring also for full mode PDC front &rear, headlight washer. I am going to set the polo 6C front bumper.

If you have BCM 6R0937086 from factory and you want to install 7H0937089D you must previously install the three wirings for BCM Max and make the electric bridge in relay J331.
You have proceed as follows: http://wiki.ross-tech.com/wiki/index.ph ... eplacement

And now everything else, wiring T10-T14, xenon, coding, etc ... Good luck!

Yes now I have 6R0937086K and want to install 7H0937089D. I connect 089D and didnt cant adapting keys and interior lights didnt come on..

Do you have more information about that three wires which goes to BCM for electric bridge?

Follow this procedure to adapt keys (strictly):

Channel 000: Remote Control Clearing
Channel 001: Remote Control Matching

http://wiki.ross-tech.com/wiki/index.ph ... l_Clearing

Your interior lights do not work because you need to adapt the electrical installation and codify the BCM in the right way.

Please, keep in mind that this is the area of sales, not for support. Thank you.
Please open a new topic in Polo 6R section, maybe someone can help you.
