Hi ciclo,
thank you so much for all you did and you do. I'm following you since few years, not only on this forum (even if I'm just registered here) but also on polovw.it, where I have the same nickname .

To synthesize: I've just bought OEM Bi-Xenon headlights and I'm trying to understand what to do to install them on my Polo.
My BCM is 087D: I perfectly understand that it's not the best BCM, but I talked with Andrea6r (we are friends who live in the same city) and he told me that it's possible to use my BCM, but with some limitations.

I immediately say that I'm not interested in cornering lights, neither in dimmed led when low beam are on.
My only goal would be to have the led always on full brightness without flickering.
Any other function, like AFS, is not of my interest.

Andrea6r showed me this testing scheme, which I'm available to test:

Considering what I said, which adaptors you suggest me to buy to obtain what I want?

The wirings from ciclo will not help you a lot for your wishes, I think. It is possible to make 10-to-14 pin adapters, I have made them for a time. It's not so nice when the LEDs dont dim, but I'm afraid dimming LEDs is not possible without BCM change.

If I can manage to make the led work always at full brightness, even when the low beam are on, it's ok for me.

Hy friends I'm Andrea from Rome, italy. I have a Polo 6r 2012 with alogen lamps. My car come from germany and have the original vw rain and light sensor. I don't understand why my car has that sensor but don't have auto lights XD. So reading this thread I understood that I can have auto lights.
please i don't speack english very well so try to help me. can u tell how i can have auto lights working? what i have to buy,what i have to do. i have the vag com already.

I am very interested in ordering the automatch lights + CH/LH from you.

Hi Andrea,

Parts that needs your Polo 6R Europe:
1
BCM Max , to control low beam and, other lights. Your current BCM is known as High, not Max.
Wirings for BCM Max, the electrical installation of the lights in your POLO 6R is not ready for BCM Max, you need modify it.

It is not possible, these wirings are exclusively for Polo 6R Europe. Sincerely sorry.

La instalación eléctrica para las luces en tu Polo Sedan (México) es muy probable que sea diferente a la de los Polo 6R (Europa). Tendríamos que saber el "Model Year" e investigar en los diagramas del Elsawin para saber si son posibles las luces automáticas en tu Sedan. VCDS Autoscan?
