6N1 AFH problem

Hi i have problem in my 6N1 AFH 1.4 16v polo 1998, when it is cold it run fine, but when it get warmer the problem begin, litle power, much fuel consumption, idle fast, header very hot (glowing), it has fault code (vw polo fault code 00282 open circuit) new stark plug, throttle body clean, vaccum ok, engine time ok, exhaust ok, help, stefan from iceland
