Is this likely to be the solder issue on the PCB?
Not sure what other causes there are for this one . . .

Slightly off topic, sorry. My auntie has a 9n with exactly the same fault code. Do the 9N's suffer the same problem? I posted this question on the 9n and got no response

I havent seen it on 9Ns, but its not to say it couldnt be, especially if it was an earlier one as there are some carry over parts
