I have no experience with this new Polo dash, so it could be that you need to remove the whole plastic cover in middle first (complete section with vents in) to take it off or just will pop out when prised from a side using a plastic tool (so not to damage dash)

The part number is 6Q1 858 373 1QB (tray for credit card black)
I fitted this today ,

by the way the part no.was 6Q2 ... ... ... ,

cost £2.83 and took a few weeks to come from Germany

Fitting took seconds as described previously.

There's nothing to this modding is there? :wink:

Ahh yes, the 6Q2 bit would give you the correct LHD version for us RHD :)

Does VW sell those parts in another color? Grey, for example, like the new GTi...
