small update, no pics i'm affraid.

after using the car for a week, i found the brakes to be nearly non existant. so wipped off the drum on one side to find the cylinder to be seized. we've got it working a little bit but its still not great, going to order a new pair and a new wheel bearing. the bearing was suffering from overheating by the looks of things!

a few pics for you of what the car now.

the story goes like this. it was time for the MOT and i noticed uneven wear on the front tyres so booked the car in for a tracking adjustment at the same time. i was converned about the brakes, but all was good! however, the tyres were beyond so she failed on the front tyres! Bugger!

So i managed to get two new Toyo CF1's (same as whats on there) for £80 balanced etc. got the wheels back on the car and off for a retest! she pasted no problem so all is well once again!

While i had the wheels off the front, i needed some wheels to put on so i didn't have to leave the car on the jacks. hmmm, couldn't be arsed to dig out the steelies from dan's old polo, so i put two ATS cups on which have just had nice new tyres put on! these wheels are for the vento, but what do ya think? looked very amsuing as i still had the standard back wheels on! Dragster Stylee!
