okay, thank you for the explanation ! I tested by having to disconnect the headlight and it works. I order two LED bulbs W16W, awaiting receptionciclo wrote: As you can see in the scheme of tempo84 you have connected the LED module to power supply wire of sidelights. Therefore, consumption is too high because front and rear sidelights in your 6R are in the same line.
6R with factory xenon have individual power supply wires from BCM for front and rear sidelights.
I'm not sure to be honest.ciclo wrote:Hi aaygen, I don't know, iichel has more experience with the lights 6C.aaygen wrote:Hi ciclo, do you know if 6C BCM's are compatible with Bi-Xenon and LED headlights straight away with a halogen to hid adapter and coding?

Keep in mind the color coding of springs for 6R GTI (SA). Some links that can be helpful (if you need):mthoosen82 wrote:Hi Ciclo, thank you so much, info was helpfull, just hope I will be able to order the springs from VW as I am from South Africa and VW always gives us issues on ordering suspension parts, they say it's not for our country.

So you don't have 7E0 BCM?iichel wrote:I've retrofitted Polo 6C halogen to xenon only once and that BCM was the 6C0 937 090 and it had all the pins for the OEM xenon headlights and OEM LED headlights.
But the coding was more difficult, we simply put a coding of a different 6C into the BCM and it worked. But this is not very nice of course.
Take a good picture when you install the LED bulbs and show us please... .benji58 wrote:okay, thank you for the explanation ! I tested by having to disconnect the headlight and it works. Thank you for your help.
I think later change my BCM for 7H for OEM wiring, if you have good plans I'm interested
Ok, sorry, my mistake - I don't read itiichel wrote:We are taking about 6C not 6R
NO. You have to take into account the factory shock absorbers currently installed in your 6R GTI.mthoosen82 wrote:Hi Ciclo Is it possible to supply the part numbers of the sports springs, which you fitted to your vehicle
