Anti Roll Bars

Post by onepointfourbeast »

Hi Guys

I've recently lowered my polo 6r GTI and have noticed the drive shaft touches the anti roll bar when going over humps and rough ground.

Has anyone else had this issue? Any recommendations on how to solve?

I have read that changing the anti roll bar or longer drop links may help . I'm looking for the best way to resolve the issue hopefully not costing to much.

Thanks

I've not lowered mine, but I would imagine the fix would be to install appropriate length drop links, or adjustable ones. My neighbours son had the same problem on his Polo Tsi after lowering it and that sorted it.

Not sure but a suspect you will need to go shorter by however much you lowered the car. These should do the job, but if you spend some time looking you should be able to find them cheaper.
