Collected today. R-Line 115 Manual. Really impressed, nippy and handles well. Getting some looks out on the road tonight and the rear LED’s look awesome. Very happy with my purchase and the 5 month wait is a distant memory!
@brainbow; Looks great. I think yours is the first R-Line I’ve seen. Is that Limestone Grey? I really like the wheels, and the combination of those wheels and paint colour look very subtle and classy .
I ordered mine end of January with keyless start and active info, and it still isn't here! According to my dealership, I'm looking at before 15th July to collect, but according to customer services it is 20th August to collect...
Do you know where yours docked? and how long it took from the European dock to the UK dock?

I ordered 13th Jan. collected 12th June. Mine was at Emdon for just over two weeks. Was really frustrating to be honest. As I’m in the midland Grimsby is the dock. Arrived in 7 days once it got to Grimsby. Your timing looks long but I think the later the order the longer it has all taken.
Now I’ve got it the wait is a distant memory. Really enjoying it.

Yes it’s the Limestone. I think it looks fab and the wheels really match. Really pleased
Here she is everyone! Just collected my GTI Plus today and I am in love with it. I will after a couple of weeks of ownership post what it's like in the GTI owners experience thread.

Amazing to see more people taking delivery. Looks great in white. I am taking delivery of mine next Tuesday, 5 more days not that I’m counting . It’s been a long 5 months.

In the showroom at Windrush Maidenhead today. 031624C5-2047-49F9-92DE-7BEC13F12C32.jpeg
Don’t you just love a nice new shiny deep black pearl car? It looks great, but black is a real labour of love to keep it looking great, and without a careful two bucket wash routine, is a real swirl magnet!
IMO, any one with a deep black pearl car black car (or any colour car for that matter) should definitely avoid the dealer complimentary service wash when their car’s back at the dealer’s for servicing, repairs or warranty work, unless they’re happy with ‘just scoured’ look inflicted on their paintwork by the resident sponge monkey with their bucket of dirty water and gritty sponge.......

Cool let us know how it drives
Sport mode really makes the car come to life. Did put foot to the floor and it flew. I know the noise it makes is somewhat artificial but those pops. Normal mode was a little sluggish I thought. But let’s be honest it’s gonna be in sport mode all the time.
