Bump stops

Evening all,

I have a 2016 polo gti 6c, which has been lowered on racing line springs, it has just been for an MOT and the garage said the bump stops need replacing. They are the standard ones, should I replace them like for like, or upgrade them for something else. Also do they need to be shorter ones than standard.
Any help would be appreciated
