Frenchy boy and it's 6C
According to many people, the first car is the most important one.
And I"m agree with them.
After many years of work and saving, here it is: my Polo 6C
(to be honest my first choice was the 406 Coupé by Pinifarina )
I bought it less than a year, in July 2020 for 10 700 euros
It's a Polo 6C with the following specs;
Engine: 1.2 TSI 66 kw CJZC
Gearbox: 5 speeds manual transmission
Mileage: 56500 km or 35107 miles when I bought it. No it has over 70 000 km (43495 miles)
It's pretty well equiped:
-Sun roof
-Rear tinted glasses
-Armrest
-Parking sensor
-Glossy black side mirrors*
-Sports seats*
-16 inches 'Portago' anthracite alloy wheels*
-Alloy pedals*
It"s a "Cup". A special series based on the "Confortline" one, at least in France
NOTA: "*" indicate wich option is included in the "Cup" special edition
I already did some asthetic modifications:
-WRC spoiler
-Chrome exhaust tips
Now I'm focusing on some damages parts (interior/exterior): I will detail this later.

Tomorrow I will share you some pictures.mirceaculita wrote: ↑Sun Mar 07, 2021 8:03 pm Do you have a photo of the sport seats? I keep hearing about them but never really saw a picture of them.

Not clean AF unfortunately. There is some paint damage on the hood, front and rear bumper. Need some paint job, a proper decontamination and polish.
EDIT: photo of the sport seats

I swear.. it's weird how a high quality steering wheel can completely change the way a car's interior looks. I've got it high on my priority list to retrofit an mfsw in my Polo.Le_Combattant wrote: ↑Mon Mar 08, 2021 8:08 am Ahahah yeah, the design is interesting

The steering wheel is the main part of the looks of car's interior.mirceaculita wrote: ↑Mon Mar 08, 2021 5:08 pmI swear.. it's weird how a high quality steering wheel can completely change the way a car's interior looks. This one looks great with the leather, the chrome and piano black. It's a nice piece to look at and to use.

Can I ask where you purchased the WRC spoiler from? Looks great!

Re: Frenchy boy and it's 6C
Some news about my little car, my 6C
Now 96600 km and still fine.
Last month, I install the lowering ring from VW (-30mm) made by Eibach
The car looks way, way, way better. Exit the 4x4 look, say hello to the little kart (with 90Hp)
For the interior, I received a brand new steering wheel with the ceramic stiching.
At 200 euros, it was a very good deal.
The original one is damaged, scratched as f*** thanks to the last owner.
