Before I retired I've afraid I was an Electronics Test Engineer but working in an RST area (shake and bake if you like), the number of times you would see "would be heroes" converting a blown fuse/tripped breaker situation into an expensive lengthy "out of use awaiting spares" situation - mainly just because they probably did not know what might have happened.
