That picture so far is my one and only attempt at pshop. It's not a quick thing to do... you have to lasso the area that you want to lower and that has to be done free hand!!!!

I'm still trying to figure out how to change colour.. if I knew how to do that then the above pic would also of had colur coded bumpers!!
