August Photochop Competition

Post by Gra-GT »

Right, after some people showing interest I have decided to start up a Photochopping competition. 8)

Josh, if you or the Mods don't want me to do this, or you'd rather someone with full Moderator privileges then let me know :D

First off the rules:
All work must be your own, no stealing bits off other peoples chops
You can enter as many times as you like, however your entries must be completely different, dont just change the colour of a wheel or something
All entries must be reduced to 800 pixels wide. It helps to compare if all pictures are the same size and 800p is great for most screens.
All entries to be submitted by 11:59pm on Friday 31st August - Then I will put up the poll thread.
If anyone can think of anymore, or think some of these are stupid, feel free to contribute!

So, as its the first month, and this is UKPOLOS, I thought we could use the latest Polo as the donor car

Hi-Res version here

EDIT: I've rehosted the pictures as I think they may have stopped UKpolos hotlinking to them (maybe too many hits or something) so they should work now. If not copy and paste the following into the address bar.

http://www.autogaleria.pl/tapety/img/vo ... 5_02_b.jpg
It's is a higher res than the one posted by polo_dude below, but cheers mate

Right then people get cracking.
As this is the first month, can people post and just say if you are thinking about having a go, just so I can guage interest.

Or save it as a TIFF file as this is better quality.

Guess I'll be the first then 8)

5 door to 3 door conversion making the front door longer and moving the B pillar on the other side backwards, window tints, blue tinted headlights, extended rear bumper, sideskirts, Golf Anniversary front splitter, Touraeg wheels, front fog grilles flipped, GTi style black bumper centre, lowered, smoothed front rubstrips, side rubstrips, rear rubstrips and fuel cap. I think that's the lot.

 Blimey you guys are eager, theres still 28 days left! Great job though

Tom, I love that. Love how you've made the front door bigger for the 3 door conversion, doesn't look chopped at all, great attention to detail. Also the front lower grill, so easy to do but makes it look great, I never would have thought of that!

Just an idea, but could you two edit your posts to put what mods you've done under pictures please. Just makes its easier for people to see what you've done

Just need a few more people to join in now, come on people, you know you want to 8) :D
