The headlamp protectors can be bought from the dealers, they are about £32. Can be fitted in less than two minutes, they're dead simple to be honest!
Stickied this for you MaxZ

RE: Cruise control.
On the GTi is it really just a case of a MK4 Golf stalk and VAG-COM to enable it on the ECU? I've read of people fitting this to Lupo GTi's and there seems to be additional cabling to connect to the ECU. Is it really as simple as stated in the original post?

I was wondering if somebody could point me in the direction of some pics of taking the rear VW badge off taking it apart and spraying the center body colour, I'm sure i've seen a step by step somewhere, I have searched and as of yet haven't found anything. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Dead easy man, just pry it off, then cut the plastic tabs on the rear that keep the badge together.
Once the badge is off you'll understand exactly what to do.
Then just glue them back together. I used a glue gun for this, and B&Q foam tape to stick the badge back to the car.

Its not really THAT simple. Yes you need a mk4 golf stalk, which then needs to be wired (well.. soldered) to the ECU. Then its a case of threading this all back into the car, and plugged up into the stalk. Then a simple vagcom procedure. Awesome GTI still do this for £160. (Cant remember if that inc. VAT or not)
