UK-POLOS.NET - THE VW Polo Forum

Just wanted to say a quick hello, haven't been on this forum for ages and thought I'd reminisce by popping my head in to see what is going on.

Glad to see the forum is still going strong, with many new members and new proud owners of Polos. I've heard through the grapevine many of the old skool members (Inters '05) have since sold their Polos and I'm proud to say I still have mine, almost five years now, seems like the longest anyone has kept theirs!

A quick update, the GTI is pretty much the same, haven't really had the time or the money to spend on it apart from the regular servicing, have fitted some poly brushes and a K&N panel filter, apart from that it's pretty much as it was a few years back. I have to say have been tempted to upgrade but the severe lack of funds and the fact that I now do less than 6k in a year haven't really given me reason yet and I still really like the look of my car!

Well, I'll try and pop in again over the next few days and see what else has been happening, meanwhile a quick hello to Josh, haven't seen you in ages, hope you are keeping well, hello to Speedlaw, Dub-envy, Matt and Andy!

Hey Chris, really nice to here your still around and in the dub scene still.

I think out of those of us you mentioned i'm the most regular to post up on here!!! Andy is selling up as he's off travelling soon, Josh the big boss only posts very occasionally and the other 2 haven't been on for ages!!

Anyways, hope everythings goin well in London and the Polo seems to be going strong.

I look new school even though I browsed the forum for like a year before. The picture of Cyhliu's GTI with the roofrack made me want a GTI

Not on as much anymore! Work and the fact i have a corrado VR has lessened my activitiy a little in the past 6 months or so!

Still got my 6n2, which was converted to a GTI....but its awaiting an mot etc etc to in order to get it sold
