Club Polo Stand @ VW Northwest - Sunday 8th August

Post by hardhitter »

I am organising the Club Polo stand at VW Northwest at tatton park on sunday 8th August. It will be alongside the other polo stands so we are all together.

It's a good show, especially if you are local. A good turnout of air and water cooled machines.

If anyone wants to be on the stand can you please conatct me on danbarnes15@hotmail.com

Thanks
Dan

The Official Word:
The largest gathering of VW and Porsche cars in the North of England! See the cars on the concourse and in displays, visit the autojumble and many trade stands offering motor accessories, rare VW books & models, the latest in VW fashion and official show merchandise or perhaps find something to interest you on a crafts & jewellery stall. Plus children’s entertainers and amusements and much, much more! The show will take place between 9am and 5pm

I think i'll make that one - somebody at work was going on about Tatton park and said it was well worth going. Is it the usual, turn up and shine deal?

It depends on what you mean when you say turn up and shine ! As it usually pisses it down all day  ha ha

On the other hand, if the weather is good then yeh, you park up on the club stand, usually on un-even grass  and get polishing, this is just to promote you club tho, there is a show"n"shine section but you need to apply for that in advance (i think)

The entrance fee for the show is £5. Normally you pay an entrance fee for Tatton Parks grounds, but if you are on a stand you don't pay (going in the trade entrance). So it's cheaper to go if you are on a stand.

I have plenty of spaces so conatct me if you are interested.
