There is barely room to put the puddle lights properly.

However there is a guy who made a good installation.

Too bad that theres not enough room inside the side mirror. I guess the oem size is good enough to really light the area, while the one with audi door handle lighting might be too small, and the light will just distribute to a small portion of the door which defeat the purpose(i think).

Agreed on the noise risk, furthermore, to mount something which flush design on the outside from below as intended is not easy.

I think the "Auto" orange LED lighting do create some sort of distraction on the side mirror. I feel like I've blindspot assist.

I'm close to knowing what is the reason because the Rain Closing function does not work on some 6R (despite having in BCM and RLS the correct Bits activated ).

I still need to do a couple more tests, the problem is that right now I do not have enough time to do it.

It would be interesting that someone with a 6R Europe with 'Rain Closing' function will show us the BCM adaptation channels*... perhaps it will confirm my suspicions...

How to get the adpatation channels from any unit/address? *Controller Channel Map
(Please, send the adapmap-09 Log by private message)

PS:
I never was interested in this feature due to the Anti-Theft Alarm, folding mirrors and the possibility to enter the keys inside the car when it is not appropriate with this function activated (catastrophic failure ).

I have all the information from your 6R. I also have all the information (adaptation channels) from others with this function activated that works perfectly in their 6R, but I am looking for a small detail ...
